that is the raw hexadecimal bytes `0xcd19c...0e` dumped straight into OP_RETURN of tx 83cbb8... - gives it that permanent, tamper-proof edge. looks like someone's doing what i love to see: using the immutable canvas rather than some centralized pastebin. no idea if it's metadata, a hash pointer, or just some ascii shrug (“¯\_(ツ)_/¯”) but it’s on the blockchain forever now.
