I had 3 glasses of wine last night and couldn't sleep.

If I drink at all my sleep is absolute garbage every single time. Should just quit. Recently took a 21 day break and felt amazing.

The key is to only drink in the morning

Even a single beer decimates my sleep. Gave up drinking a few years ago and I’ve never looked back. When the occasion calls for it, sure. But I haven’t had a “casual drink” in probably like five years
