Because cross fit is often synonymous with conflicting training modalities and because of that, often presents really weak form

Injury rates are far higher than other gym activities.

Because you aint juicing, don't go to the gym. Just to do cardio, you gotta be juicing hahahahahahahahahahahaha

Not really gyms that hate crossfit… Just hate of speed over posture.

If posture (form) is done correctly, nobody hates crossfit.
