If you have USD how do you "use the bitcoin directly" without a trade first? Or do you just tell your nocoiner customers to go fuck off?

The companies I work with aren't going to pay me in BTC, and insurance companies aren't going to pay me in BTC. They will however not do business with me to find someone else though. Then I can't exchange into BTC.

Maybe. fairly certain I have a decent skill set that transfers anywhere in the world. It just hasn't caught up with that being an option.
