noStrudel dose not implement the gossip model for loading the main timeline.

But it dose implement the outbox model when publishing your notes

Ever since I started building the client though I've wanted to make it smarter about which relays it chose to read from. However there are a bunch of features that need to be implemented first.

For example it need to be aware of and support NIP-42. It also need to start taking NIP-66 (relay speed test) data into account when choosing relays

And then to top it all off I need to find a good UI to show all this to the user. i.e. some kind of relay debug panel
