Many updates: LNbits 0.12.8, Specter Desktop 2.0.4, BTCPayServer 1.13.0, acme 3.0.7, lndmanage 0.16.0 .. and lots of fixes.

Also, I'm curious... what's the difference between Rotzoll and rootzoll, aside from the spelling being different? At first when I saw it, I thought I was somehow being misled when I noticed the difference when verifying the signatures for the raspiblitz files.

Do have an old key imported ... the lastes from https://keybase.io/rootzoll should be valid until October
