Today I learned about this chart, and wish they had something like this in Urgent Care and Emergency Rooms as part of triage.

They do where I live. This isn't common where you are?
I'll send it to the manager for our emergency department. We typically use the simpler one for PEDs, but this would probably help make it less subjective for adults. And some people give retarded answers. Forcing them to pick one from this would probably help with that too.
