Great band. One of the issues I have with V4V music is that it's hard to tell it the artist is still active. Even if it's someone's back catalog they uploaded it would be nice to know someone is on the other end. Sending sats to these songs feels like sending a message in a bottle sometimes.

Agree. Though if they had a Nostr presence we could at least see if they're active.
I wonder if someone in their end is getting these days or if they're just going into essentially the void.

We always attach a wallet to the music since thats how V4V music works but most of those sats are probably just setting there in a wallet but thats nothing new in Bitcoin. "Hey didnt I have some of that stuff on a HDD somewhere"
When Alby switched to AlbyHub we had to have everyone using Alby get a Fountain wallet and that was like pulling teeth and some bands we still haven't heard back from. It was hard enough to get them to sign up for one wallet yet do it again. Not to mention all the RSS feeds that needed updated.
