I'm a smoker and I heard nicotine could work against some effects of the vaccines, so I haven't quit yet.
I'm checking on taking Ivermectin and will do some red light therapy.
I'm also trying not to have my heart racing too much.

I’m having the same issue with the heart racing. All doctors have “no clue” what’s going on. I asked about the vaccine, and they dismiss it as fast as possible.
