Eggs perfectly cooked, most ppl don't do it right
I just picked up a couple of dozen from a local farmer. I appreciate he doesn’t wash them off so they last much longer
Agreed. Eggs are delicate in nature and should be cooked with that in mind. I find cooking mindfully is not only peaceful, but brings ones self a greater appreciation for the food we put into our bodies.
