Laws are likely similar in the US as Canada.

Fun fact… I am a certified drone pilot.. (though I don’t often fly) but..In Canada any drone over 750 grams (basically bigger than a toy) needs to be cleared for flight. You can’t just put a drone up in the air. Every flight is recorded and cleared for takeoff. The gov knows exactly where it is and what it’s up too, and if it doesn’t..it finds out real quick.
