Can I do this in a cast iron skillet? Not sure I’m willing to test my oven on what’s basically the self-cleaning setting. 😅
A tinned copper pan would be ideal, but I doubt you can find that.
I use a rust-proof iron pizza pan because it is thin and transmits heat well. I don't know if it works in cast iron or non-stick pans.
