Workout update.
The workouts have been inconsistent as I'm still at the excuse making/habit forming stage.
The diet has improved though with a lot of carbs cut out, especially bread. Most refined wheat products just give me painfull heart burn anyway so ir wont be missed. Though i havent burnt a lot of fat off i can feel my muscle tone improving.
Onwards to september. And a redoubling of effort 👍🏻
