High time preference thinking is a societal cancer. I genuinely feel bad for some folks (and for some I don't).

This holiday season, if you have a friend or family member that works hard and does what they think they're suppose to do. Be a pain in there but and try to teach them a thing or two about the orange protocol and share with them how it's given you hope, freedom and a purpose.

Try not to sound cultie about it. The book that opened my mind to it in this way was "The Price of Tomorrow" by J e f f B o o t h.
