I lift heavy things around the farm. I walk as much as possible. I ride a bike three times a week to get my heart rate up and lift weights three times a week. Yoga and or Pilates when I have time.
My most common workout is the mental gymnastics of wondering why I’m still paying taxes to the government.

Taxes are voluntary. However, it is really tricky to get out of their contacts, but it can be done.
