Once we quiet our mind, we can observe the seer and the seen. We are aware of our mind and the object of concentration. With time and practice, the seer dissolves and all there is to experience is the seen. Here we can bask in the flow of moment to moment as our concept of time drifts away, leaving us in the flow of the here and now. #wisdom #spirituality
