What is hard to understand? I don’t care if my surgeon or pilot is diverse only experienced and skilled.
I give a shit when those characteristics are the reason for the job vs the skill.

I don’t know. I’m not saying it matters to me. But we usually see these as gender separated roles. So someone must care.
