I was going to complain about the earnings decline for users on fountain.fm, but the gist of it is, the v4v on it used to be really neat and a good little incentive to use the app over others. Now, in 1/2 a month or more of listening nearly everyday to many podcasts, I have earned 11 sats.

It is still good, in the sense that no one else gives you any sats for it, but less of a draw compared to some more elegant UI/options.

Keep in mind, I do not think podcast equipment should be any harder to purchase, but I fully agree with this meme that firearms should be easier to purchase.

I get it. I do not know if that is true or not, but I know that any app I use sells my data, usually even if they say they don't. I am not really that fussed, I post the same data on socials. I do not use it to privatize that data, but for things I do want private, I have tools for that.
