I would love a way to filter by tag number similar to filter by word. I can't say I've ever seen a quality post with more than 3 tags but configurable seems like the most user friendly option.
What about spamming topical hashtags?

No, just make them relevant. And don’t treat it as a text field, like “#weAreWinning” or something
