🏗️ Today I came down to the plant to check on our progress.
👉 In front of me is the mold for the H-shaped element: 2.5 meters high and 5 meters wide. The team is still aligning the mold, but it will be ready soon.
🔩 For lifting, we use a single lifting beam (himba), which itself weighs almost 3 tons and has a 25-ton capacity. That gives you an idea of the scale of these structures.
⚖️ The first pour will weigh nearly 17 tons. Fortunately, our cranes can handle up to 30 tons, and we’ve also arranged the logistics for transport and on-site installation. A serious task, but we are prepared.
🎯 The goal for today is to cast the first element. If all preparations aren’t finished in time, we’ll wait until tomorrow — because quality always comes first.
🔗 These lifting eyes will carry the 17-ton element. Compared to my finger, you can see just how massive they are.
It’s a big challenge, but exciting to watch the plans slowly turn into reality. 🚀
