Something else that I have noticed when using Session is the significant delay to send and receive messages.
This is costing me trust with the people who I use it with as they are used to speed and convenience.
I read that messages are wrapped in multiple layers of onion encryption and routed from the Session App through their distributed onion network before reaching their destination.
I wonder if there’s something else delaying the send and delivery of these.

that's the norm with session
simpleXchat is alot faster even over tor ! (calls always have a huge delay)

It is insane though. I sent some messages at 08:00 am yesterday and they have not been received yet. I must be doing something wrong.
Session has a big delay but not to the poin of mail on a snail !
