Betting with zaps 💡

Alice and Bob want to make a bet via lightning.

One of them makes a note describing the what a bet about! Alice and Bob zaps the note! Zapped sats are being forwarded to the Ben’s wallet (oracle) when results of the bet are in Ben releases sats to the winner!
