I need like "serious shit" and "light fluffy" channels for my npub.

I really like light hearted banter, nerdy things, and creativity.

But I also like really serious topics, and in depth discussion about them.

Some people are so tired and afraid of serious topics, and traumatized by memories of Twitter like toxicity surrounding discussion, that they run and stick their heads in the sand any time they see a serious topic.

Be a shame to not be able to interact with some people because they are afraid and tired.

I like nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s 's idea of topic oriented sub-keys. Some people cant handle overly serious or overly nerdy conversations.

The sympathetic part of me gives them grace and says oh their life is so full they can't handle any more reality.

The other part of me is like if they don't know about reality they really won't be able to handle the things we're going to face.

I sit on the edge of nym so I feel I can converse with all. I tried the multiple accounts it only leads to personal confusion for myself.

Maybe Dan Wedge is my Tyler Durden. While there are accounts here that are gms and gns there are some that are more intellectually guided.

I would like to ignore our differences and focus on our similarities and discuss the nuances we discover.

How does the sub-keys work? I honestly think you could build around topics by using hashtags like subreddits. You could follow discussions you want to see more of that way.

I didagree. I might see a serious as you call it topic if it is among others but i probably will not check the whole fraction of topics and lose some interesting topics
