Managing inheritance for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) like real estate is a critical challenge. Lack of standardized succession mechanisms risks permanent loss for heirs. Solutions like cold keys/multisigs are insufficient. A Decentralized Data Survivability Protocol (DeDasP) using smart contracts, sharded NFTs, multisig, & biometrics could enable secure, automated inheritance, vital for RWA industry growth & generational wealth transfer in Web3.
