It's actually not bad when you're on an instance that both has a decent community and an operator that isn't a total power janny (your average Mastotard instance and Poast).
Nostr just solves every single problem the fediverse has design-wise (aside from the spam, but if you know the relays most of it comes from, it can be mitigated) so it makes no sense to remain on there; if you do however, you use it less as a result of being on Nostr while having the Mostr bridge set up.
