Thanks for expanding on your perspective. Do you think it is worthwhile to VERY cautiously research, test, and attempt any sort of neural augmentation for therapeutic, rehab, and/or repair reasons?

I want to add that FDA approval of MRNA vax was under IMMENSE political pressure and time sensitivity. I imagine they cut corners and turned blind eyes. I’d speculate this Neuralink FDA approval environment/protocol was nearly apples and oranges in comparison

Yes I do think VERY cautious would be good. I think there should be strong parameters surrounding the use of such augmentation. The part that worries me most is the fda approval did not include stringent applications as you mentioned. Thats what worries me most.
