Can someone please give me a link to a free software that creates our laserbeam avatars in gifs. I already seen the one with the demo showing off robert barathan shooting laser beam eyes & dragon fire out his mouth. Not willing to pay a monthly subscription just to have access to effects & to be able to put them on something.
