Good luck & determination as strong as steel! Once you get past the first day, it becomes easier. I did a 10 day fast recently and it wasn’t as hard as I had imagined. Be aware that if you fast for more than three days in a row, you need to start eating again very slowly, only fruit juice at first, some soup with little fiber, etc.
I thought not fruit at the beginning? Only soup and some fats
But I’m only doing 48 hours

You’re absolutely right — my mistake: not fruit juice but vegetable juice (no fibers)! Fats/protein only on second or third day.
