yep, you can remove relays that you don't want to receive that post :)
I have been using Amethyst for more than a year and today I discovered (by total accident) that clicking the odd node-graph icon at the top of compose screen opens a relay options menu....
I knew Amethyst likes surprises with long-press and double-tap, but this was a revelation.

choosing what relays to publish to is my favorite part of amethyst. doesnt seem like you can do that with the other clients.
