No no not like that, but it's and overly broad powergrab with broad definitions and seemingly very broad scope.

They can still fine, jail and rob you.

It’s never easy to tell what is actually happening. But it appears that USA, Inc. doesn’t like Tik Tok. A radical bill was proposed, that will never pass. Meanwhile, every one is still focused on the privacy issue and missing the brainwashing psyops.
