It’s so hilarious (I’m not a statist) but whatever ‘state’ decides to ape corn first has a first movers advantage that will last the next few thousand years. It’s better they’re too stupid and that the corn is fairly well distributed; but, it’s also kind of nerve racking that people haven’t figured it out yet, which is corns only fail scenario: people are too stupid and psyops by fiat logic/reasoning.
