I’ve helped someone go from US National to US citizen but I’m not familiar with a transition from US citizen to US National. Maybe I’ll look into it.

I just looked into it briefly. 99% chance it’s fantasy BS. Not a single relevant case or statute cited by the few ppl on social media talking about it.
