Tangible: the neighbor below me HVAC (same area as mine) just was being worked on by the maintenance man because the water heater broke. Wild. Mine is fine - right next to the Bible tree pine cone.
Confirming the fact that the below neighbors water heater is, factually, being replaced in reference to my above note.
