I keep hearing how these covid shots saved millions of lives. So many “experts” out there, yet not a single one can explain the mechanism of action.

How does the antibody get into the lungs to treat a “viral” respiratory infection?

This should be such an easy thing to explain. They can’t though, because the shot didn’t save a single life.
