I am just bitter because its mostly parents who are responsible.

Unfit, unqualified, degenerates are what are breeding these days.

I guess my sympathy for them is completely gone.

maybe a small minority of them. Most of them wil grow up to be rapists, murderers, white collar criminals, drug addicts, wife beaters, or real estate agents
