This summer I ate raw meat for a time... It was a liver heart ground beef blend (really good). Then I switched to medium on the outside mostly rawish on the inside and get that warm factor my Human Design advices for my food. #carnivore #community

Super delicious this particular blend with real good salt and MCT oil 😁 I understand though. I was definitely hesitant when I got to call. But when I bit into it... Yum!
