True. Morality comes from God because He is the source of all truth and righteousness. Romans 2:15 says God’s law is written on everyone’s heart, so even before Scripture existed, people had a sense of right and wrong given by Him. The Bible doesn’t create morality, it explains, clarifies, and reinforces what God already put in place.
