It’s so weird man. I was in the sauna last week at the gym and I asked someone inside there how long we should stay in there. I thought it would be 10-20 minutes. I know if you stay in there too long you’ll get dehydrated and eventually die. This guy straight up said it doesn’t matter you can stay as long as you want. People just say shit without having any fucking idea what it means. It’s just words 😂
