The part where you are quoting prices in Satoshis but also giving me price equivalence for last year and circa 2020 sats?

You pay today's price. Transparently, this is just the dollar price from the distributor, converted to sats at the current USD/BTC price.
I include the "last year" and "2020" for fun, to give a sense of what it might look like to live in a deflationary world. The same sats go further all the time.
I will likely add a "hide this junk" option in the future if people complain about it.
