You got enough rest for the legs. Then again could go both ways: 4 is also enough for biceps and back. I would go for legs but up to you really
agreed, mixing in intervals has made it tougher on leg days, still figuring that out but I'll probably go legs

I started doing intervals on upper body days and low impact on leg day. Serves 2 purpose: easier on leg day and having more explosive days for intervals since i get “rest” days with low impact
I think I'll emulate that pattern
