Thanks that what I was curious about. I don’t really have any health issues. Good to know though.

Would a lighter stack be, 1 or 2 times a day. Or something completely different.

Lighter would be like running this for 3 weeks on, 1 week off, 2x rounds annually.

Would reduce current parasite + fungal + dysbiotic load and prevent overgrowth going forward.

I would run in the new year from Jan through Feb every year. First 3 weeks of each month.
