Collecting microcommitments early on filters out your pipeline. I send out an e-signature before 1st meeting calls with a basic privacy statement about how we'll handle their data. Requires NOTHING from them but clicking "sign".

Without fail, every prospect that "forgot" to complete it before our call was not a good fit. They never gave us good data, they never met deadlines, and half of the time they weren't the actual final decision maker.

I now cancel the meeting if it's "forgotten."
