I think i want to rent my Texas house out and move to California for a few years.

Somewhere within an hour of San Francisco

Anyone know any cheap but safe apartments around that area?

Thats about what it's worth. But about 2k of profit. I still want rent to be below 5k. I can commute an hour. I just want to live near the beach in the valley
