Seems limited in terms of size of bead. Does that mean it would not be suitable for a bicycle frame ?
Bead size important for arc welding but laser achieves much deeper penetration which results in a larger effective throat than simply measuring the leg length of the fillet.
If the welds are strong enough for starship nose cone I imagine they’re strong enough for bicycle frames.
