To be fair, seems like any other big corporate with a chain of command. If you're not saying the same buzzwords as leadership, it's a career limiting move. 😄

Sucks. Worked in two co's with corporate structure (200-300 emps). Only in second I learned to say the truth. Outcomes were surprisingly positive.

But this requires built leverage...
