When people complain about something being too complicated, its never because it can be improved upon (which it can), its only because they aren't motivated to learn how to use it.
Improvements come with more people using it and demanding changes to better their experience.
Just ask them, did you ever try it? They say Linux, graphene and etc is difficult without trying.
