Most people have no idea how hard it is to hit elite pitching…and guys that can get into the mid to upper 90’s and change speeds well (throw multiple pitches for strikes/pitch a hitter backwards) are almost unfair🫡

It's a shame the mental and physical complexity isn't fast enough for today. It's dying slowly
IMHO it is one of the 2 most psychologically punishing sports in existence…IYKYK
…and for that reason alone it’ll never die…it may never be as popular as football but bad officiating will likely never drag its quality to the depths of the NFL
