I view those as two distinct issues, but fair enough! When I hear 'overpopulation' I think 'population control' or 'crowd control' or even 'depopulation' 'eugenics' or 'one-child policy.' A man with a fence and a half dozen teen kids saying no to hosting a yard party is another matter.
