They're more like a system where a bot parses events, then publishes an event intended to receive zaps (also events). The bot then sends those zaps to people based on the original note's replies. If I understand correctly.

These are the same as the "Broadcast" option I presume.

Broadcast just sends the given note back to your relay selections to make sure it didn't get dropped
