Good advice, for sure.
I've been enjoying avocado oil. It has a higher smoke point than olive oil and I tend to like pre heat my skillet quite a bit.
It definitely has a different flavor to it, but I'd recommend trying it!
We are fans of avocado oil as long as it’s pure
Some Olive oil has seed oils in it , haven’t run across any avocado oil sneakiness
Favorite for frying is homemade rendered tallow
